Devan Acura Service Center

It was my first time bringing my Infinity for service to this dealership. The service department was impeccable and so impressive. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with multiple smiles. Vanessa who assisted me was so ethical, professional, and warm welcoming like I’ve known her for years. Because of Vanessa Crespo, her associates, and mechanics I found a home for my vehicle. This service department is definitely “The Gold Standard “ in the business. Thank you so very much.

I brought our 2019 Acura MDX in for regularly scheduled maintenance (30,000 miles) recently. The customer service desk was polite and professional in every respect (as usual). However, I had the tires rotated as customery. The Service Department apparently did not balance the tires before returning the vehicle to me. Now there is a very noticeable wobble when I drive. Bad for the tires. Bad for Devan Acura’s reputation. (Why pay the high dealer service department charges for this level of service?)

My wife brought the vehicle in for service. Said everyone was polite and professional. She had to bring our little dog with her and she said they were very receptive of the dog and ensured the dog had water and plenty of attention. Guess they are pet lovers there. Needless to say it made her day feeling welcomed and got great vehicle service.

I purchased a ’19 MDX A-Spec from Westchester of Acura in 2021. Fast forward, 18 months…. The day after Christmas the car lite up like a Christmas tree and stalled in the middle of the road! Took a few tries and finally it started but now gear won’t shift. Called Westchester and was advised I can go to any Acura dealer since the car is still under warranty ( I am from CT). So, I took it into Devon Acura in Norwalk, I don’t know if it was the worst mistake or an eye opener; 3 weeks later and $1600 out of pocket, because Devon of Acura advised me the car had previously been in an accident and had collision repair work done on the car which was not noted to Carfax the manufacturer warranty voids! 2 HUGE legit Acura Dealers on he says, she says… I then went to Westchester Acura and advise th
