We had a great experience with the sales and finance team when purchasing our vehicle. Everyone was friendly and the process was smooth. We chose to buy the vehicle as-is after the finance manager mentioned the extended warranty was very expensive. At the time, we didn’t think much of it since we were trying to get out the door with two small kids. Unfortunately, shortly after the purchase we started having issues. The screen stopped working and began operating on its own. The dealership did perform a reset, which helped for about a week, but the problem quickly returned and is now worse. Shortly after getting the vehicle back, the driver’s seat also stopped moving forward and backward. This is a major safety concern since the previous driver was over a foot taller than the current drive

I have never owned a Jeep before but I have family that has had Jeep Cherokee before. I always thought they was a nice vehicle so this time I decided that was what I wanted to trade for. I went to Deyarman CDJR in Ames and Paige happened to be out in the lot when I drove in. She asked if she could help and I told her what I wanted on a new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She show me what they had on the lot and explained everything to me and was not pushy. But they didn’t have the color of the one I wanted but said they would fine one. They found one for me and I am very happy with it I will definitely go back when I am ready to trade for another one and Paige is so great to do business with in fact the whole place is good

I rarely leave a review, but I was really impressed with the professionality of the staff, especially Joel and Justin. I bought a used car and traded in my truck, both were in excellent conditions and we agreed on a fair amount for the $$$ difference.
