My trailer brakes had seized up and my wheel hub was coming off the axle on the way to work, they promptly sent for a driver and he was on his way. Anthony communicated very well about the eta. He was also very friendly and was very careful loading my trailer up. The price was way more than what I would’ve liked but I do understand that having to load a trailer up on a roll back is not a standard service.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! I urgently needed a tow truck near downtown Fort Worth. I googled tow truck companies and clicked on their link assuming it would be the first of many calls to find someone who didn’t confirm all of my fears of the usual tow companies. Joey answered and was so nice and confirmed my location, drop off, gave me a quote and a breakdown of it that cost was. Then he told me my drivers name Jory, and gave me his ETA.
