Numerous problems with the car and everything was explained in detail. Highlighted those items that must be addressed and told me which items could be done later. I was impressed with the communication and pricing was definitely competitive. I believe what they said needed to be done compared to the previous garage which was a complete rip off. This is my new garage, they earned my business for sure.

I first stopped by D & G's tow yard, and they were so kind and helpful - they actually recommended I head over to their Watertown shop, which ended up being the best decision. As a young woman, walking into auto shops can sometimes be intimidating, but the peeps at D & G made me feel completely at ease D&G Auto repaired my car in just one day, fixing several issues quickly and professionally. As a young woman and first-time customer, I felt very confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. Their customer service was excellent - they answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood everything. I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything in the future, and I'll be telling all my friends about the great work they did. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I made mistake once by not bringing my Veh. as a neighbor suggested and got robbed basically D&G didn’t take long to prove they weren’t simply trying to make money, I’ve had my car fixed there a few times and it’s always fair ( Price ) and I get car back when they say I will, brought my car there with problem it went in lift back down whatever he did problem stopped and he said he can’t charge me for that , now they could have lied and didn’t! So I use them !

Amazing service! I originally brought my car to another shop and got a quote 2x the amount than D&G. Once I got it to D&G, they fixed my car the same day! I’m so appreciative of their help. Thanks team.

These guys are great! Quick, friendly, and — most importantly — honest. I don’t ever feel like I’m being taken advantage of when my car has an issue and I need a fast fix. Every time I’ve gone to them, they’ve gotten the job done fast and well. I will continue to patronize their business for as long as I’m in the neighborhood. It’s so nice to have a mechanic that I can trust. We need more community based businesses like them!
