My wife’s little car needs tires. They weren’t in stock but we have them ordered and install scheduled for Monday. Ken and DJ were amazing! Seriously the best tire experience I’ve ever had. True professionals very passionate about delivering top notch customer service.

Even though they were short-staffed and I came in without any notice, they were friendly, professional, and took care of fixing my tire quickly. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help under pressure. Highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service!
DJ explained things to me extremely patiently. He actually recommended a tire based on my specific needs and within my budget as I asked question after question (since I wanted to learn more in general). I ski and mountain bike often so I find myself in rugged terrain every now and then. They set me up with an appointment the very next day & Matt helped check me in, DJ & the entire team set me right up and had me out of the store in under 30 minutes. Solid experience overall! Really thankful to the entire team as well who changed my tires & made the process feel simple. Ps: they go as far as having a live tv stream in the waiting area so you can literally see your tires being changed in real time.
