This dealership wasted our time and treated us with zero professionalism. We drove 4 hours after being quoted a specific price over the phone. When we arrived, the price was suddenly higher. Instead of honoring what was discussed, they claimed they couldn’t verify the conversation and offered no real solution. When we expressed that this was not the price we agreed to and not what we expected, the situation escalated. The manager’s tone changed immediately. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue calmly, he became defensive, raised his voice, and spoke in a dismissive manner. It was shocking to see that level of behavior from someone in a leadership position. There was no effort to de-escalate the situation, no apology for the 4-hour drive, and no attempt to take accountability
