Nick's 24 Hour Towing Service

We were on our way into the city (3 girls) and hit a large piece of metal and got a flat on route 80. There was no shoulder so we pulled into the center median. It was really scary so we called for a cop and they called Nicks Towing. We were lucky enough to have DAVE as the tow truck driver. He was soo nice, helpful and reassuring. From the moment he arrived, we knew we were in safe hands. He took us off 80 to put the spare on my car. The spare was flat so we had to go to a gas station to fill it up. Not only did Dave tell us where to go, but he followed us and put the air in the spare tire. We cant thank him enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Service was fast and easy making a stressful situation as easy to deal with as could be. The main office was friendly and assertive. As for the Heavy Duty driver they sent I can’t say enough. JJ was knowledgeable, moved quickly and had us back on the road in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company and I'm sure with all the trucks we have on the road we will use again.

We got stuck out in NJ late at night. We called this company and everything went so smooth. Within 20 minutes Anthony came to pick us up. This driver is very experienced, friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. We can not thank you enough for getting us back home safe. Thank you Antony. :)

I had an amazing experience with this towing company. I absolutely loved Lee’s service she arrived quickly, was very professional, and made me feel calm throughout the whole situation.
