I always have an honest experience at Faraj. Anytime I'm in a bind with my car I go there and they fix the issue with speed and efficiency. They always inform me if there are any extra issues with my vehicle and ask for my permission before proceeding with anything. Mark and the Faraj crew are the best around. I couldn't imagine a world without them.

I have been looking around for a Subaru for a while and after running into many places selling rotted out cars, I started asking for photos under the car before I made the trip. They had no problem putting the car in the lift and sending me photos so I can show my mechanic. This alone made me more comfortable cause many places did not want to or took photos of incorrect places or avoided me all together. I went to check it out. Car was clean, they had no problem with me hooking up my own code reader and really inspecting the car. It seems clean all around. Comes with a three month warranty on engine and tranny and they did all paperwork efficiently and organized. As for now I feel good about my purchase but it’s used so ya never know. But that comes with the territory of used cars. Regardl

No high pressure sales tactics and no unexpected fees at the time of purchase. This was important to me, because I live far away and didn't want any nasty surprises when the time came to pay for the truck. The staff was helpful when I called to ask questions about the truck, and they sent me pictures that I requested, saving me a trip. I got a nice truck from them at a fair price. I drove over an hour each way to get to their place, and I would do it again. Highly recommended.
