Diamond Car Wash

So.. Going to the usual wash.. The second lane (2 spaces near the dry and vaccum lanes) with the foam option, the pipe is loose on the ceiling. I don't know if I was the first. But this is a headsup for everyone who is gonna use the second lane. I lost 2$ for that.

Watch video... AND THEY HAVE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE...SO IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY WATCH GET SCREWED OVER..... YES THEY HAVE CAMERAS... I WONDER IF SOMEONE TOOK THIS COMPANY OWNER TO COURT AND THE JUDGE WATCHED THE FOOTAGE OF ALL THE PEOPLE THESE MACHINES SCREWED OVER WILL THEIR BE A MASSIVE LAW SUIT... BECAUSE YOU SEE IT AND REFUSE TO FIX IT... PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THESE MACHINES ARE BROKEN " UNTIL YOU PUT YOUR MONEY IN IT "...BUTNTHE OWNER KNOWS!!!!!!!!! YET REFUSES TO REPAIR THEM OR YELLOW TAPE THEM TO LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW " THIS MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER.

Bay 3 ripped me off of $2... it showed working but could not get it to do anything. Moved to bay 1 and it worked well. Barely any wax when you use wax but other that, great place to wash your vehicle and vacuum.

THIS CAR WASH IS IN NEED OF SERVICING!!! THE FOAM DOESN'T COME OUT, NO SOAP, AND LEAKED BLUE SPOTS ALL OVER MY UNIFORM SHIRT. THE FOAM IS LEAKING FROM TOP OF BAY. A LOT OF THE BAYS HAVE MALFUNCTIONING KNOBS. IF YOUR GOING TO BE IN BUSINESS TAKE CARE OF THE BROKEN FEATURES!!! AND POST A NUMBER WHERE PEOPLE CAN GET REFUNDS!!!!!

Paid $4 for the car wash and there is no soap. There is no phone number to call to get my money back. What a horrible business!
