Dick and Rip's

I've never complimented a garage before but I had really great experience here when I broke a tie rod during the last snowstorm. They were friendly and the price/service was excellent.

Best service we've ever had. They have been servicing our 4 vehicles for the past 32 years and there has never been a problem or issue. Chuck (the owner) and John (Chuck's assistant) are both committed to providing excellent customer service and are honest and trustworthy beyond anyone's expectations.

Adjust your hours if they're not true. I have called this place over 5 times within the past few weeks and no answer at all. Have tried calling on different days and times. Still nothing. Does this place just not pick up the phone?

I first came across Dick and Rip's a few years ago when I got a flat tire a couple blocks away on the way to visit a relative. They just happened to have the right tire in stock and changed it for me for a good price. They left an impression with me of being good, honest, trust-worthy people. I have since moved to Warminster. Last week I was quoted for $3000+ from Midas to get 2 catalytic converters replaced, which they said was needed in order to pass inspection. There were a lot of red flags with that quote so I looked for nearby mechanics to get a second-opinion. I recalled my great experience with Dick and Rip's and decided to take it there. Great service, reasonable prices. There is no upsale on services you do not need. I can not say enough about a business that honestly I didn't know. They just happen to be close to my home. They are awesome! I really lucked out!
