But as far as customer service By Far 10 out of 10 from Lena hearing a distressed mom trying to get her child away at college car fixed asap ..She definitely made it happen in less than 36 hours. To giving her ride back home and then handing me off too Steve who gave me all the facts and bad news. He did it in the most kindest fashion. Once we decided what I needed and barely could afford he got everything up and working so that baby girls car would have some heart and wouldn't ruin the engine by overheating. He then went to go pick up my daughter and even gave me his personal number for me to get in touch with him during that time. Once he got her he took a picture and sent it to me. I promise I will

I’ve been coming here for years now, mainly for oil changes, and they’ve always been great to me. They were recommended to me from the AAA guys who helped me with a flat, and I’m so glad they did. The team is always helpful, honest, and easy to talk to. I never feel pressured into extra services, and they take the time to explain things if I have questions. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend!

Took vehicle to Diehl for four wheel alignment. Got two new tires on 9/4/24 & two more on day of alignment; 11/22/25. From the time we got into car after it was supposedly done; something was wrong! The steering wheel & emblem weren’t ever straight afterwards! We took our first red/green tire chart & added it to the car paperwork & went home. Husband took car back on 11/25/24 for another check (knew it wasn’t right) they did something & we were given another red/green tire chart (vastly different from the one three days earlier) & I guess; life went on for several months until Aug 19 2025 when I drove somewhere & just happened to angle the tires when I parked & I saw the EXTREME wear damage! I KNEW it was from Diehl’s shoddy “alignment” job! Now; it was very apparent they had DEFINITELY me

I have brought multiple vehicles in and I've always gotten a fair and reasonable price with great customer service. One in particular, my van was having alternator issues and they figured out there was actually a short to the alternator which is why they replaced 2 of them for me. Luckily I had gotten a lifetime warranty product and they were awesome in doing all the exchanges for me. Highly recommend!!

I noticed I had a flat tire after work, and I called first thing the next morning when they opened. They got me in right away, repaired the tire quickly, and the customer service was excellent. I’m from out of town and usually rely on my dad for car things, so it was a relief to feel taken care of and know everything was handled so well. Highly recommend!
