Came through right before closing and Blade and Kaleb despite being close to closing it down took real good care of my truck! Excellent customer service, excellent location! Both definitely deserve a raise and some serious appreciation from the company

I had an outstanding experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Warrensburg, MO. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely generous with their time. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The equipment here is top-tier. The vacuums work extremely well — strong suction, clean hoses, and plenty of space to get the job done right. The tire shine is water-based (not oil-based), which I really appreciate because it gives a clean, polished look without that greasy residue or sling. Huge plus. And the dryers? They actually work. Way better than the old carwash! Blade was super friendly and nice, went over & promoted the monthly subscriptions. Sounds like he actually cares about his customers :) Got a nice wash that smelt amazing, & the vacuum's are so much better! Even got checked up on which is always a plus, I’ll be back!

Pulling up to the window Ashley greeted me with a friendly smile and it felt like I was "known" by the employees. They told me about a special and talked me through its benefits and how to get the most out of my car wash. The employees were welcoming, fun, attentive. I felt valued as a customer.
