Went here originally because we chose to buy into Endurance warranty but ended up having to pay way more than we know than if we had taken it somewhere where else. Here we are 1.5 year later same issue for the 3rd time. Understand many other reviews indicate good review but when paying a diagnosis fee, expected it to go to the issue that we brought it in for not be told about other unrelated issues. Then be told that it will be more money to diagnosis the problem. So no I do not, will not recommend this business.

What a great experience. Hands down the most detailed shop I have ever done business with. I had a BIG job for them and they outlined everything in great detail before the work was done and after. Plus they got it done much faster than expected. Truly remarkable in this day and age. I'll never take my car anywhere else. Well done!

At all cost do not go here way over priced than 3 other shops in warrenburg no warranty on the work they do. Customer service skills are terrible very rude and do not know how to handle customers over the phone I've been a mechanic for 25 years. None of the shops I worked at have never turned away a customer for being a little rude over the phone. that is not the worst part of all this on top of that to tell my son that this shop is not for him since his dad was a little rude over the phone and to find somewhere else to have his car worked on is a little childish on their part as a shop and a company. YOUR INFO IS INCORRECT. BUT ITS FINE WE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WITH A 3 YEAR 36000 MILE WARRANTY AND DIDNT NEED A VIN TO GIVE US A PRICE QUOTE NOT ALL MECHANIC GO BY WHAT THE BOOK SAYS THEY GO B

I rarely leave reviews if service is good or bad, but in this case the service was so good I had to leave a review. They were able to work us in fast, communicated very well and treated us right on the price. Hope we don’t have use them again but if we do I will not hesitate to do so. Thanks for the great service!

Great place to get work done. The owners are wonderful to work with. Great communication throughout. The technicians are top notch. Not the cheapest place but well worth the price paid for service and satisfaction.
