Brent is the man. I would not trust anyone else. I had Corporate "big name" shop quote me twice as much for a full brake job. They did great work and I was in and out within 2 hours. Great people ! Great company !

I had a great experience last time I was here and told my husband to start bringing his car there instead of the dealership. I took my car in today for an inspection and to see about a scraping noise and ended up leaving when I went to my car for paperwork due to how unprofessional and rude the person at the front desk was. I don't think I've ever been talked to in such a condescending way at a business . I'll go back to Terry's express where I usually get my inspections.

I normally use Diez Tire Prairieville location, however, the person who does inspections was out sick and she didn’t know when they would be back and doing them again. I went to the Gonzales location, there was no wait time, I paid and drove around to the stop sign as directed. The lady who inspected my vehicle was super nice and come out right away. She offered me a bench to sit on in the shade while waiting for her to finish up the inspection. I was there maybe a total of 8 minutes from start to finish. Fast and friendly.
