Dingman's Collision Center

I haven’t been in a car accident since my teens so I was pretty clueless how to proceed with insurance matters- not only was my eventual service with Dingman’s great, but before we were even dealing with quotes they were extremely helpful in explaining how these things work to me. Definitely great customer service, since at that point we weren’t sure if the at-fault party’s company worked with them, but they were still eager to help me sort things out. After we did get the claims business sorted they continued to be extremely helpful and attentive. They also helped me through the rental car process and I was able to get a pickup from Ralston Enterprise directly at their location. They then kept me updated at every point of the repairs process, and even finished ahead of the original eta!

Very pleased with the service received from beginning to end of the process. The repair was completed a day earlier than expected and the vehicle (both inside and out) was spotless. The staff was courteous, efficient and highly skilled. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Dingman’s in Papillion.

Needed an estimate on my 2004 Lincoln Town Car after being in an accident. I was scheduled for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brandon who asked what happened and seemed genuinely concerned. We took a look at my car and after seeing that the driver's door wouldn't open, he asked if he could get it back to the shop before I left and at least get the door to open. I said "Wow, that would be wonderful!" After checking the rest of the damage he took my car into the shop and in 10 minutes had the driver's door remedied (and at no charge!). That was such a relief as getting in and out from the passenger side was quite a chore. He answered all my questions and went over the cost for repairs which was very reasonable. Dingman’s was absolutely wonderful to work with! Had almost my whole front of the car replaced, came in for an estimate on a Thursday, brought it in the next Monday afternoon, and it was done the following Thursday so 2 weeks total from estimate to completion! It literally looked like nothing had happened when we picked it up. They updated me every couple days on what was going on and what the next steps would be. We’ve had some work done with various projects around our house this year and no other company was this good about communicating and providing updates. I really appreciate that in a business! When we picked it up, we noticed that they won best in Omaha for 2025 in auto repair/collision and it is well deserved! I would definitely utilize their services again should I need it!

While my auto insurance didn't partner with DINGMAN's COLLISION CENTER, DCC still provided expert customer service and repair center expertise to ensure, even taking the time to get my pinstripe details ironed out! This crew doesn't back away from challenges, knows their limits, and where they get equally passionate helpers to fix things to normal! I appreciate a business who cares for their customers needs and desires!
