Shadow Lake Collision - Papillion

Shadow Lake Collision Center was excellent when I needed repairs from a rear-end collision. They handled everything with the other owners insurance and updated me with any adjustments that needed to be made. They have EXCELLENT customer service, updated me on my repairs every few days, informed me when they needed to order another part which pushed back my estimated time for completion and took care of all of the rental car needs. They answered any questions I had and showed they really cared about their customers! I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

Repair work is getting so expensive...thanks in large.part to all of the electronics in cars these days. I had very minor bumper damage that required replacing some parts... no body work or painting. Almost one third of the repair cost was for the manufacturers requirement to pre-scan and post-scan for codes... and then to recalibrate the systems most likely affected by the repairs. Rediculius! That being said, Shadow Lake is great to work with. This is the second vehicle I have had repaired there. They even do a beautiful job of washing and detailing the car inside and out when they are finished. Most shops would probably not go that extra mile to make your experience as good as it can be. I highly recommend them should you find yourself needing repairs. My rating below of "reasonable" f

They are amazing. The service was great, they walked me through the whole process check in with me from time to time to give me updates. Very low stress. When I came to pick up no words could express to quality of work that was done. They are very meticulous in the work they do. No detail was missed. When I drove off I couldn't believe it but it felt like it drove better! Maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part, I don't know. All I can say is thank you for doing such a great job, you all are amazing.

Shadow Lake did an awesome job! They were very flexible with my work schedule. Very professional and efficient service. Steve was really cool to work with. I think you’re on a better team now! Guys in back are pretty cool too! Also they did really good job detailing cleaning vehicle!

Shadow Lake collision center did a Great job on fixing our car after it was in an accident. They kept in contact with us and gave us updates. The car looked great and drove great after they were done. I would Highly recommended them
