Great customer service at S 96th & 370 location!! I can't say enough about all the nice, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and kind people at this Jensen. I've dealt with manager Steve Vandertuig for nearly 30 years now. I have purchased tires and many auto services from him and his teams over time. Brakes, exhaust, oil and fluid changes, wiper blades, headlamps, belts, hoses, coolant, computer modules/sensors, and just about every other service has been correct and completed on time for us. Steve has moved his talents to different Jensen shops around town, and I have followed him, from location to location to location, knowing he's the best employee Jensen could ever hope to have. Orlando and his team are always top notch. I have ten cars/trucks and all of them get tires and service from Jensen in Papillion. Noticed a nail in the tire of my classic 1966 corvette. They had it patched in record time!

I had a total flat tire 7 mins from Jensen but was able to inflate it enough to drive it to Jensen 20 mins before closing. I hoped they could take a look at it the next morning, but the manager at the time smiled and said it was no problem, he already had two guys ready to take a look at it. Large screw through my tire…but they had it fixed before closing and my kids and I were on our way! Great cheerful service on a cold day leading up to the holidays, so much appreciated….you guys rock!

Booking an appointment online was super easy and they were able to see me same day. They were very communicative about pricing and options. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. After I brought my car in I overheard the manager (named Orlando) openly calling one of his employees by the N word, alongside other racial slurs and degrading his other employees in general. Absolutely repulsive behavior and will never visit this location again. If I could put negative stars on this review I would.
