WHAT AN GREAT COMPANY! PRICES ARE BETTER THEN ANYWERE IN TOWN, THEY HAVE AN VARITY OF MOPAR, MOTORCRAFT AND ACDELCO PARTS. IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART YOUR LOOKING FOR THEY WILL TRY TO GET IT FOR YOU. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. BEST BATTERY PRICES IN TOWN.
This company needs to watch their drivers better! This morning I got stuck in a line of traffic on the old highway going from Blackfoot to IF. When we finally get to shelly I notice it's on of your vans. He was going 45mph in a 55mph zone! Then he ran the 1st light in Shelly. After the light turned green we caught up to him because he was still going significantly under the speed limit. As I passed him in shelly and look over his nose was buried in his phone not even paying attention to the road! He's going to get someone killed!

I've been coming into Direct Automotive for probably 18 months now and it's getting better and better. The new manager Grant is friendly and very helpful as is his assistant Jocelynn. Grant's knowledge and people skills make it a joy to shop there and I would not recommend any other store in Idaho falls that you would get this great of service.
