First time using but would use again and highly recommend. From the friendliness of the dispatch operator to Kevin’s professionalism, I couldn’t be happier. Called on a Sunday morning with a stuck Truck and mower in a field in Hartselle, AL. Kevin was there in less than an hour and went right to work finding the best way to get them out without causing any damage. Both were out in less than a hour. Just now got Roadside assistance to help change my flat through my insurance . Dirty South and the technician Tyler, today provided Exceptional customer service!! Tyler found my vehicle immediately, & earlier he had been frequently calling to give me updates when he was on the way & he let me know Once he arrived. I swear Tyler changed my flat and put on my spare in under 3 minutes! 😱 He wasn’t even rushing. It was so seemless. Professional, well-trained, and he cleaned everything up efficiently too. I requested a tow through AAA as my truck blowed a top radiator hose on I65 going northbound just south of the Tennessee River. Within 15-20 min after the call, CJ called me and said that he’d be there within 35 min. He had to go southbound to a below exit and turn around and come back northbound to get to me. Within just a few minutes he had me loaded up and towed my truck to my home about 50 minutes north. He was very professional, friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and CJ in particular. First class from start to finish!!
