We were traveling out of town for family vacation and got a nail stuck in our tire along the way. They plugged our tire and got us back on our way with no issues. Thanks for the great southern hospitality Tankersley’s!

Kenneth and the Tankersley crew were fabulous. We needed a tire repair service after a highway incident. I knew that the repair would probably not be possible and the crew quickly confirmed my suspicions. Kenneth worked with me on ordering the parts and setting up the replacement. We had to return the next day for parts, which was expected. Early the next day, we received a phone call confirming that parts arrived and we made an appointment. When we arrived we mentioned to Kenneth that we had an errand to run. We were going to walk, but Kenneth wasn't having it. He offered us a loaner vehicle and told us to take our time. When we arrived back at the station, our vehicle was ready and parked near the cashier. Checking out was seamless and the prices were comparable with a few other outlets.

I had a 2010 Tahoe LT and needed new tires. So I called, they were super nice and very professional over the phone. I called around and matched their quote with other tire stores and found that they had the best price for a brand new set of cooper tires. I showed up in the morning and it was nothing but smiles, handshakes, and just an all around friendly atmosphere. I watched them put the tires on, and they never missed a beat. They started the lug nuts before tightening them so no threat of cross threading. They even lifted my truck up on the lift and showed me how to change the sway bar links after I had brought up that a different shop had tried to quote me on changing it themselves. I moved here about 6 months ago. Brought in a Honda Accord for a 4 wheel alignment. I have lived in many states, and am a DIYer as I baby myself cars. Tankersley’s has been by far the friendliest shop I have ever taken a car to, and was very pleased with the explanation of service performed, as well as the quality of their work. For anything this guy can’t handle, I’ll be sure to take any of my cars here.
