Mavis Tire & Brakes - Hartselle location I had a flat tire an hour and a half from home with my 3-year-old son in the car, and the team here took care of us so quickly and kindly. They fixed the tire fast and treated me with genuine compassion during a very stressful moment. In a moment where I felt completely overwhelmed, they showed compassion and professionalism that meant more than they probably realize. I will never forget it. Thank you for helping a mom who really needed it and for helping us get home safely. Highly recommend this location!

Came in to get valve stem replaces and a patch in a tire. It was close to the end of the day and they did the work quickly! They are extremely professional, organized, and friendly! Amazing service! We were 5 hours from home, on a Friday night and arrived 30 minutes before closing in an RV with a tire going flat. The service team tackled the issue and had us back on the road in under 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and helpful.

Fantastic service doesn’t begin to describe these guys. I’ve had one tire patched that was done immediately and very quickly. Just a month later I had another, but it had three nails in one tire (somehow?!) and technically could have been patched for about $100, but recommended that I get another tire for my own safety but they didnt have one that worked on my car. After I was able to find a used tire to match my others, they then went above and beyond with the service to install it, costing themselves quite a bit of money, but definitely gaining a continued customer: I would recommend these guys any time anyone needs tire service. Knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and every other adjective that you can think of!
