Have purchased a couple of parts here. Have received friendly, helpful service from Karen. Prices seem to be generally comparable to what can be found online. When I returned an item that I didn’t need I was charged a 3% fee, which is fine, however I’m deducting one star for the terms and conditions not being made up front at the time of purchase. If you charge a restocking fee, or have other terms related to a sale those things should be included on the receipt or prominently displayed in the office. If I’d known the terms and conditions ahead of time I would have given 5 stars.

I was introduced to Kevin and Discount Aircraft Salvage to assist in the sourcing for a part for my recently purchased aircraft. Kevin went above and beyond in connecting me with exactly what was needed. Excellent and responsive customer service and extremely fair pricing. I highly recommend Discount Aircraft Salvage and will certainly turn to them for any future parts needs.

Needed some parts for a project, told me he didn't have time for me. I'll take my money elsewhere and I recommend you do the same
