Everything started off fine… then it turned into HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. The blower for the heating/cooling system on our box truck wasn’t pushing out any air. We brought the truck in at 7:45 AM, and it wasn’t finished until almost 9:30 AM — all for a single blown fuse. I even called ahead, and someone came in early since we were only 15 minutes away, supposedly to help us avoid a road-service call. The service tech was there when we arrived. The shop charged $418 for this repair. We understand $150 computer diagnostic fee, though it was completely unnecessary — checking the fuses should have been the very first step. They also charged 1.38 hours of labor at $150/hr, totaling $270, just to replace a $3 fuse. There was no searching, no tight ac
