Hertz Car Rental - Beaver - Airport Circle

Hertz Car Rental at Raleigh County Memorial Airport has outstanding service. The young lady that works there, Kathleen, is always a pleasure to deal with. She's kind and patient, always answering all my questions and helping with any concerns I have with reference to my rental. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. I always use Hertz car rental for any of rental needs and recommend them to anyone that's in search of a rental vehicle

Kate at this location was rude and nasty that I didn't go somewhere else to get a car. After telling her several times I tried other locations that had no available cars I wouldn't rent a tricyclefrom this place in the future.

Kathleen was incredibly rude and hung up on me as I was asking her a question. She did not have any cars available, so rather than helping me cancel my reservation, she berated me and hung up. This was probably the rudest customer service I have ever encountered, I'm shocked that she is allowed to interact with the public. The Hertz corporate line was significantly more helpful, and actually helped us cancel the reservation.

Thanks to an awesome Hertz employee (and Oliver) I was able to get my kids back on track to vacation after our car broke down in Beckley. I am so thankful for the efforts she made to ensure I received a rental before closing. She even let me give her a hug 🙈 I was so grateful. It’s been a week ago and I am still overwhelmed by her kindness. Good customer service still exists. Thank you 🙏
