Soggy Dog Car Wash

This car wash use to be excellent as in plenty of soap and time. Bank cards worked. Something has changed and not for the better! This time last year, it was great. Not now. Very disappointed. Go back to what it was.

Went through the car wash today and noticed as I came out that it has popped my side view mirror out and the car wash felt ruffer than normal. I didn't think much of it until I got home and saw all of the damage down that side of the car it left. There phone went to voicemail so I left a message telling them it damaged my car. We shall see if they call me back... Update he called me back 10 minutes later saying they thoroughly checked the car wash and that there was no way it would have happened and he told me to get a lawyer. The longer he talked the louder he got and he kept interrupting me and told me "ma'am you are being unreasonable" . I have been a customer there for years and I highly recommend going elsewhere. I feel unsafe after talking to that man . He was very aggressive in his

Its ok... it's a very simple business model, keep your equipment serviced, make money for doing very little. Problem is out of 4 self wash bays ive only ever gotten 1 credit card reader to work, one ever had one of the wet/soap brushes work. The owner should check the basics (including the ability to take money from customers) on a weekly basis.

Generally okay. They appear to have recently raised prices. A single card swipe used to get you 10 minutes, now you get 6 minutes and 40 seconds. Some of the stalls often have low pressure or don't have enough soap in the mix, and prewash is rarely available. Second to last stall seems to be the best. Super high pressure and plenty of soap. Never use the auto wash because I don't want all the grit and grime from everyone else's vehicles that lives on those spinning brushes to scratch mine. Would like a standalone drying station though, that'd be cool.

The car wash mechanics work great. But the change machines do not work. I needed to simply spray off some bird droppings. I needed a $2 car wash. But the change machines would not work. There is a credit card slot on the machine. You can use that. But it does not tell you that the minimum charge is $10. I swipe the card and then it tells you that you were charged $10. You don't have an option to tell it how much time you want. It is a scam in my opinion. And if not a scam, just a crappy way to do business.
