Discount Tire

I’ve used this Discount Tire location multiple times and they’ve always been prompt, kind, and easy to work with. I’ve never had long wait times and the staff is consistently professional. I recently had an unusual situation come up, and I want to recognize Erik, the store manager, for ultimately doing the right thing and working with me toward a fair resolution. We were both a little elevated at first, but he stayed respectful and made sure things were handled appropriately as we both understood each others views. I also want to give a shout-out to Joey for being calm and reassuring when I first realized something wasn’t right (at no fault to them) and encouraging me to get somewhere safe. Made appointment late at night and was able not get in for rotation and balance the next morning, just 12 hrs later. Was great speaking with Matt and hearing how after 22 years with Discount Tire, he still loves it there ! THEN , about 12 minutes later after car had been taken in for the Rotation, Luis (Tire Tech) came out to me in lobby, sat down, briefly, next to me , taking time to tell me that everything was looking good underneath, in spite of our terrible Michigan roads ! I (un)fortunately have had some bad luck with the recent roads that ended up causing me to have to replace 2 tires. Honestly this place couldn't have been any better. The first time I came in, Matt looked at the issue and was able to get me a replacement tire by the next day. Later on when I had some speed wobbles, Erick helped to look at all the tires and show me how a 2nd tire had a bubble and was ready to pop. They handled that quickly and ended up helping me out with some minor issues. Really nice team who try to help and inform. I will say it tends to get really busy so wait times can be long, but they were a great helpful team and everyone was nice.

Fantastic customer service!!! Had a blowout on the interstate. Brought the tire in. By the time they found account and verify the tire warranty. Had a new tire on the rim and ready to go. To be made a top priority because your on the side of the road. Top notch 👌 👏. This is why I will never go anywhere else!!! No hassle warranty and best customer service around. Thanks again guys for making a bad morning a better one
