I recently purchased a 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT from Newcomb’s Auto Sales, and I seriously cant say enough about how great the experience was here. From the very first conversation, Roy went above and beyond. I mentioned the car that I really wanted, but didnt think there was a possibility of affording really, and the same day he had researched all the options— leasing vs. owning, auctions, pricing, etc.—and informed me on what the best option would be. Next thing I know, he's found an amazing deal at an auction, got the car, and now I own the car that I literally didn't think was possible. Newcomb’s knows customers can’t reply once a business responds to a review, which allows them to say whatever they want without accountability. That’s why I’m using my additional email address to respond. Let’s make this perfectly clear: I did not lie about anything in my review. Yes, I knew the salesperson I initially worked with. However, because he was the salesman, I dealt directly with the owner and the finance manager regarding the issues with the Jeep. I have every receipt to support everything I’ve stated. Here’s another reason no one should buy from them — they never provided me with a loaner vehicle, despite stating in their response that they did. I was told they stopped giving loaner cars because people were leaving them in Detroit. I have every text message and every email

I came in not optimistic about being able to get a car and am now leaving with a car! They were all so amazing and helpful here. They truly cared about helping me and not taking advantage of someone who may be in a bad place. I will be coming back for any future cars or trade ins I have and will be recommending them to my friends and family! Thank you Cortez, Charlie and Roy!

Nathan made buying a used truck very easy seamless and fun. He was helpful with any questions I had with paperwork to back it up. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to take a stop and see if they can help you. All the staff I spoke to was very kind.
