Reefer Peterbilt

We visited the Peterbilt service center yesterday to pick up our semi truck after the repair. Even though we had difficulty understanding everything because of the language barrier, the entire team was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Nicola supported us continuously through text messages, even when she wasn’t at the shop. And when we arrived, Annie kindly explained everything to us in detail and guided us through the whole process. Thank you to everyone at the service center for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate your help.

Have to be the dumbest place I’ve worked with. Over nighted a door a door sticker to sell a truck of mine and they call my Friday to tell me it’s there and Monday I got there and it has already been lost…. A $500 sticker conveniently the same day, I’m trying to sell the truck

Best dealer I’ve ever been to and believe me I been to alot of them between emissions and fuel injectors on this mx13. They got me right in and fixed with all new injectors and even fixed some other stuff for me. Nicole made me feel at ease. Been running great since!
