Truly Exceptional service! My teenage son went in to get his tire fixed all alone. The gentleman that assisted him was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. They called me to discuss tires and price and we were able to get 4 new tires. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We will definitely be back!

I've been coming to Discount Tire since 2020, and they've always been 1. honest, 2. patient, and 3. helpful. I've come in with low tire pressure and they graciously filled it up, and even provided stem covers if I was missing any. Another time, I came in with a nearly flat tire. They identified I had a hole and patched it up for me at no cost! I know not all tires can be patched, so I was extremely lucky in that regard. However, today was the real test of customer service and kindness. My mother-in-law’s car (2015 Jeep Cherokee) needed air, and I took it in to get it filled up. Mind you, today was one of the coldest days imaginable (below 0). They filled up the tires inside the garage and asked me to turn off my vehicle for obvious reasons. Called for information and was told to go online to make an appointment. I made an appointment five days ahead of time and even called so they knew what to put down for notes. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and to notify them when you’re on your way. I told them I’m on my way and that I’ve arrived. I continued to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment before I was told it would be another 30 minutes before I could even get in so I walked out. No reason in making appointments. Support however, has contacted me and done their best to make amends.

The place may have good tires and deals and may be good servicing tires after a major purchase and all But, there seems to be only one small, narrow area where cars enter and exit and it becomes problematic when they have a huge truck occupying one lane and a stream of a lot of cars waiting in a long queue to enter to have their tires checked or air checks and leaving a very very narrow passage to exit especially with the shoveled accumulated snow, ice blocking the side of the entry lane area and other cars trying to enter to the left in a lane that is supposed to be an exit lane. Then you have cars honking behind you as you try to carefully and cautiously exit not hitting cars to the right (the queue) and cars that may want to enter using the lane for entry because the normal exiting lane
