Armon is the Goat! The whole team was very efficient and quick. I bought new tires a couple years ago and realized one of wheel covers hadn’t been put on and I went up there two days later and no one could find it. In turn I never came back to this location. I came back today because I still get complimentary tire rotation and Nissan stopped grouping it with the oil changes. I expressed my frustration on why I never came back and wasn’t upset anymore and didn’t expect anything to be done but Armon cracked a good joke and offered to reimburse me if I buy some covers at a Walmart and I did and came back and they put them on. This was my first experience with Discount Tire and I must say I'm impressed! I usually get tires and service from the Walmart up the hill, but I urgently needed tires and didn't have time to wait. My appointment was at 11:45 and I received an update at 12:25 stating my vehicle was ready. I was not expecting such fast service because I'm used to a 2 hour service time 😮‍💨, so this amazed me and I paid about the same as I usually would. My car is riding smoothly and nothing is sounding weird or knocking. I have no complaints and think I'm going to come here from now on.

Got two new tires this morning. These guys are awesome. Quick, communicative and knowledgeable. They took my car in, even before my appointment time; job was completed in 20 minutes. Will recommend.

Great place for an Alignment! They were able to align our car after another shop "aligned" the car a week before. Will be bringing all our vehicles to them from now on.

I have a warranty on my tires and after one of my tires was impaled by some random item on the expressway I had to go from near the ATL airport to Austell for the "supposed exact tire" I needed. First, after initial correspondence with AC my return called weren't answered anymore. Upon arrival I explained and the 2 tires I was informed about weren't the exact tire it was an upgrade but not fully explained at this point. The work was completed and when I saw my vehicle, I noticed my undercarriage was dragging. I got my tire replaced but they wouldn't touch my undercarriage! They stated they can't. When I went inside to pay I was charged for the upgrade, I asked why wasn't I informed there would be an upcharge? I paided and the rep stated my receipt was emailed/ texted. I stated I wanted
