Discount Tire

I’ve been dealing with this Decker drive branch of discount tire for probably 25 years. I’ve been to probably 15 different discount tires across the country, including the one local in Baytown on Garth Road and I gotta tell you, nobody matches the service of this store. I don’t know if it’s independently owned and the owner of that one store specifically interviews people for their jobs, but these guys know exactly what they’re doing. They really got it going on…every time I take my vehicle in there. It’s always great service. Today, I took it in for a new set of wheels and tires and it literally took me longer to get there than it took them to do it, and it only took me about 40 minutes to get there. Alan was the young man that handled my service today and as usual, it was smooth sailing

I had the pleasure of working with Mark. He is exceptional and goes above and beyond for the customer. The location is busy and despite that he found time to find me the best options for my car. I truly appreciate you.

I was very disappointed with my last visit. I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. Every time I go in to buy tires I get A+ customer service. However, the last 2 visits I went just to put air in my tires and change my windshield wipers I was completely ignored. At least 4 different employees saw us but never once acknowledged us. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will no longer be purchasing my tires from here.

The location in Baytown off of Decker drive has amazing customer service! Been going to this location for 40 years. Started out with my parents years ago.Also always has the best prices. Don't waist your time going anywhere else. They will also beat any competitors price if they're running a sale. Thanks for the great service guys!

*Update* the assistant manager, Ezra, from this store has gone above and beyond to make this right. He made sure we got not only the road hazard protection tire done but gave us the Kuhmo tires at the price of the Sentry tires. Shifting this rating back to 4 stars since they do have management that care…Ezra deserves a raise! This must be one of the most incompetent Discount Tire franchises I’ve encountered across the 4 different states where I have experience. If someone comes in at 5pm to have the air pressure checked in the tires, why would you sell them tires you cannot get in until the following business day THEN proceed to tell us you can’t give the car back due to a bulge in another tire?? The manager cannot explain to me what rule or policy or law they are trying to adhere to wha
