Discount Tire

Super happy with the service! I went in for a tire rotation on my model 3 thinking I ll use them up fully before getting a new set. George pointed out two tires were already 3/32 and gave me a good discount for the two better ones. Ended up buying a full new set that will be safer and last to end of lease! Junior did a quick fast install and I was on my way to pick up my kiddos! Thanks!

Worst Service Ever. Unprofessional. Unskilled. Walked in with a screw in my tire and 15 psi left...stood in lobby for 45mins without a hello while 3-4 employees busied around the registers. One older fella only called out if anyone had an appointment and some fella who said he was here because he got a voicemail earlier that day. He got to cut ahead of me without even eye contact to me..finally someone approached, walked me outside and one look at my tire said "sorry, it's in the shoulder and can't be repaired. But we can ORDER you a new tire if you'd like." I immedietly left and went to LES SCHWAAB next door, who; 1. Greeted me the moment I walked in 2. Had popcorn and coffee and the NFL NETWORK on a 70 inch tv screen. 3. Easily patched the tire. 4. Didn't charge me a nickel. THEY PATCH T

I visited this Discount Tire location on Bel-Red Road in Bellevue on the morning of Friday, January 23rd. When I started my car that morning, the "check tire" indicator lit up on my dash. I was on my way to an appointment and decided, to be safe, I'd zip by Discount for a free tire check. I'm so grateful that they provide this service. There were a few cars ahead of me when I arrived, but it didn't take more than 20 minutes to have my tires checked. Andrew greeted me promptly and courteously and began checking my tire pressure. I guess it was just the cold weather because he found nothing seriously wrong with my tires. He made sure each tire had the appropriate pressure and even checked the overall condition of the tires. I had a great experience at the Bellevue Discount Tire location and wanted to recognize how helpful their team was specially, Jackson and Bryce. We came in with a concern about our tires after another shop raised a question, Jackson and Bryce took the time to thoroughly look everything over and walk us through our options. They went above and beyond to help us feel confident and safe moving forward and ultimately offered a solution that we were incredibly grateful for. The entire process was seamless, low-stress, and handled with kindness and professionalism. We will absolutely be returning to this location in the future. Highly recommend the Bellevue team. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service at this Discount Tire. Bryce Thomson, the store manager, was seriously great to work with. It is honestly hard to find someone these days who is so direct and actually expressive about wanting to make things right for the customer. He was very understanding and went out of his way to accommodate us, which shows he really cares about his job and the image of the brand. After talking with him, I feel very confident about the service I will be receiving for the tire replacement contract I purchased. I feel much better coming back here as a customer knowing he is the one looking out for people.
