Discount Tire

Greeted the minute I walked in, with a friendly Hello! Was very easy to communicate with associate, with what I needed/wanted and they helped me all the way through the process. Great service, in and out within an hour and a half...ready to go with new tires and windshield wipers!

Not a fan of dishonest sales people. I took my car to have tire fixed from nail in tire. They said they fix for free but what they really meant was we about to tell you it can’t be fixed. I said no thanks and took it to reputable dealership and they fixed it. If you want the absolute best price on tires go here, but they always gonna try up so you

I never enjoy looking for any type of car maintenance, but Discount Tire made this a great experience. The price, the service, the wait time, everything deserves an A+. I was so impressed and I will tell everyone I know to go to Discount Tire when they need new tires. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience at the Blue Springs discount tire. Despite it being super busy they were able to get me checked in as soon as I walked in. One of the employees, Ever was the employee who helped me and he was super attentive and helpful! The experience was quick and painless. I purchased four brand new tires for my jeep and got me in a bay immediately, and I was in and out within 30 min. Highly recommend!

They are quick to sale you something but when you bring it in for flat repairs that they give you with tire sales they suddenly take their sweet time. I even made an appointment this time and they said we booked several people for my same time slot and told me I’ll be on the waiting list. Waited 2 days for an appointment just to hear this crap. Forced to wait . I could have just been a walk in at this rate. They said best guess in about a hour they will pull it in. I didn’t make a 5:30 appointment I made a 4:30 appointment for a good reason. Gathering from other people I see I’m not the only one posting about poor service. Took off work to make this happen today just to be put at the end of some line. What are appointments even for?
