This discount tire is absolutely awesome! You can tell how good the staff and service is by the leadership and I worked with Jeff (manager) and Erik (employee) on two separate occasions and BOTH were awesome! Patient, thorough explanations, no upselling, kind and respectful. I will ONLY come to this location as I’ve always had a pleasant experience everytime I come. Jeff I think is in charge and I had waited in the lobby as they changed out my tires and observed his interactions with his young (new) staff members, his phone etiquette to customers, and those that came in person, and myself personally and he’s genuinely a nice, sincere, and caring person. Thank you Eric for going above and beyond in helping us find an unusual tire for our trailer camper, to replace our spare that we unfortunately needed yesterday ... And we were anxious about driving long distance with our a spare. . Eric went online and found the tire; thank you again! The team was excellent, Peter called me to inform me that the tire had arrived. I was greeted by Eric who helped us get the spare tire off the trailer and he replaced it with the new tire, and off we went to complete this long journey! We really appreciate your time and care!!

Mr JEFF at discount tire was superb with his knowledge and helpful attitude. I bought my lexus with tire pressure sensor issue. He was super honest and polite with giving his 110% trying to resolve the issue. So grateful to Jeff and Discount tire CANTON. I hope more people are like MR Jeff. 👍🏼

Outstanding service! They are not there just to sell you tires. I absolutely loved my experience here. The staff was so kind and attentive. They are also very thorough. If I would've gone to the normal service shop, I would've had to pay 300 my new tire and service (and no warranty), here it only all totaled out to 190 plus a warranty! I am so greatful and I will 100% be making this my new go to tire store!
