Always great service, and nice staff to talk with. Plus the price matching tool lets me shop around, while still getting the people I trust to take care of my tires. I am not a big car person, and they never make me feel dumb or try to upsell me, I'll definitely continue to get my tires from DT.

Thank you to Discount Tire in Carson City, NV for their speedy help today in getting a tire fixed on my van. The van has been sitting around since April, but recently I noticed a screw in the rear passenger-side tire. The BFGoodrich K02 tires have been great for 22,000 miles and I wasn’t prepared to replace one. Andrew, Darius, and other crew members provided excellent, friendly service and got a plug & patch in place as quickly as possible. They performed a four-tire inspection and rotation while they were at it, and sent me safely along on my summer van travels. I really appreciate the professional service and safe handling of the giant-sized heavy van. You can can shop the store on line and book your services conveniently. After purchase service is excellent for rotations or check ups. They can get busy, so book your service on line. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Keep an eye out for their occasional sales events.

I absolutely have got to commend Jon and the guys at this particular location. I have had the best experiences here. It’s always an honest pleasure which, let’s be real, isn’t usually the case when you’re in a hard spot/ in for an emergency repair. If you can take a whole experience from a few interactions and it makes you see an entire company in a new light then I’d have to admit that’s some FANTASTIC customer service! I drove into town from 25 miles out. One of my tires was leaking air through the side wall. (Tires were 10 years old so can’t complain) Was able to make it to their location and thankfully they had a new set of tires for my truck and had me in and out in about an hour. That is why they are my go to tire store. Friendly service
