Discount Tire

This Discount tire is right by my house and I get air checks often with Jacob and every time, no matter the weather, he has the biggest smile on his face and so helpful. The last time I was in, I had to get a patch because there was a slow leak and the following couple weeks it was still running low so I was back in line. Timothy was working the air check line and I explained to him the same tire is still having a problem but that I needed to be in Pine in 2 1/2 hours so maybe just fill it for now. He didn’t like that idea so immediately took my car and pulled it into a bay to have it looked at and fixed on the spot. He was very concerned, extremely thoughtful and had me on my way in no time!

Wife had a nail in the tire, dropped the car off, it was repaired within an hour and free! Tim the Assistant Manager was great. Updating to 5 stars. Keep up the great work DT!

I just got some new tires on my mustang. Carson was super helpful in finding some tires to fit my car and not hurt the budget. And all the dudes that worked on my tires were nice and professional. Really happy with the service.

Carson is awesome. I bought tires online. Made an appointment for 8am. Carson comes out the front door at 750am and says hey Russ let’s check out your tires. 5 minutes later it’s in the shop. With 3 men changing tires. Excellent service that is appreciated. Oh, and needed new wipers so they have those as well!

I ordered and paid for 4 new tires on Tuesday. I made an appointment to get them installed for Thursday at 2:15. The tires are here, I am here and my car is still in the parking lot at3:00. Why do they make appointments? No communication on the delay and no concern for people’s time
