This tire shop provides excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain options without pressure. Prices are fair, and the service is efficient. A reliable place for quality tires and honest advice.

I bought 4 tires on 12/19/2025 I am pretty sure they charged me $100 for installation. First off this Discount Tires does not honor any scheduled visits. My appointment was 2pm, I arrive 10 minutes early. My vehicle wasn't pulled into a stall only until after 2:40pm. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they finished. Less than 20 minutes. If they would of honored the appointment I would of been out by 2:20pm. The rush job.. Yes, 20 minutes to install 4 tires is great. But, for whatever reason they left ugly Red and Yellow paint dots on my brand new tires. I am guessing these were markers for the counter balances. $100 take the time and remove this eye sore before completion. My biggest gripe about the rush job. They did not take the time to properly reset my tire pressure sensor. I d

I've really appreciated this Discount Tire over the years. The staff are friendly. But Karl went above and beyond which is what led me to leave a review. He greeted me at the door and was really communicative and informative. He helped me make informed decisions for my tires, gave me a thorough understanding of my tire inspection to show some issues that needed to be addressed. They have reasonable pricing for tires, discounts/rebates available, compared pricing for different tires, and walked me through ways to take good care of my tires. Thank you for the friendly service, intentionality, and information to ensure I get the best quality out of my tires and extend the life of them too.

I must say that all the staff were extremely pleasant but upon paying for my service I noticed afterwards that the representative who assisted me added an extra $100+ for replacement tires if something happens but failed to tell me he was adding this. Learn to be upfront with customers amd.give then the opportunity to agree to add additional things, but overall not bad service

I had a great time here everyone was sweet kind and funny, they are quick and accurate and amazing. I would recommend anyone coming here and get your tires. The people here are respectful and kind. Thank you discount tire all the employees.
