Discount Tire

This is a very overdue, glowing review. On September 3, 2025, I had an extremely positive experience at the Conyers, GA Discount Tire. I had set out the day before from Rock Hill, SC to drive solo to the Grand Canyon with my new truck and travel trailer. Three hours into the trip, I had a flat on the driver’s side of the trailer. After a harrowing experience to have the spare put on the trailer on the shoulder of the interstate, I made it to my first campground after dark. My daughter made an appointment for me the next morning at the Conyers location. From the young man who answered the phone when I had to adjust the appointment time (and also backed the trailer up for me to get it in place for the new tires), to the other young man who checked me in, to the third young man who installed

I’ve been a loyal customer at Discount Tire for a long time, but this latest experience has completely changed that. After getting my tires installed, I discovered all four of my wheels were damaged. The store submitted a claim with their insurance, and I was paid to have the wheels stripped and re-powder coated. I called and spoke with store manager Kyle Austin to ask if they would at least remove the tires from the wheels and remount/balance them once the refinishing is complete — since the damage happened in their shop. I was told they wouldn’t help and that everything was hamdled through insurance, which simply isn’t accurate. Jermaine greeted me @ the door. His customer service is unmatched. Jake & Kyle are great as well. The employees are so nice & kind. In a world where customer service seems extinct these guys get it. I will continue to be a loyal customer & refer others to this location

This is my 3rd visit to this Discount Tire location. I have to take time to leave a review, because the customer service is top notch! Every person is polite and helpful. They greet all their customers with enthusiasm and go over and above. I can appreciate the manager’s intentions to train their staff in this way. We’re subjected to so much poor customer service nowadays that’s it’s almost not commonplace anymore. This review is for the entire staff!! Thank you so much! On top of this, they have the best prices for tires for my BMW. 👌🏾

I had a great experience at Discount Tire in Conyers. Jake and Ryan were both very helpful and made sure everything was handled the right way. The young man with the glasses at the front desk was also exceptional. He was very helpful over the phone and just as professional in person. They stand by their warranty and do exactly what they say they will do. When I sent my wife up there, they were kind, respectful, and made sure she was taken care of quickly. It is rare to find a place with service this consistent and honest. I highly recommend this location.
