What a great experience. I needed new tires for the F150 Lariat. I first purchased all-season Michelins and frankly, i did not like the look, although they were fantastic, quiet smooth tires. I felt a bit of buyers remorse when I got home. After some research, I wanted something more aggressive. Karl was so good with me with this purchase, after calling him he let me know I could exchange them for some All Terrain tires that I really wanted. After that purchase, I decided the truck needed new wheels as well. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the service I received from the entire team. I feel like I have a new truck. Discount Tire of Crystal Lake is an outstanding tire shop! I stopped in to have my new tires rotated and balanced at the first recommended interval. Luis and his team quickly and professionally rebalanced and rotated my wheels, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My truck feels much smoother now at highway speeds!

2/18/2026 I was here for a quick bolt in my tire. The crew working this evening was fast, polite and very professional and had me out of there in 25 min. I have had tires patched up at the lake in the hills location many times and I will say the young man at the crystal lake location explained more about the patching process than a technician ever has before and that was much appreciated. Thanks again, we will be back!

Brought a tire in for a repair and was immediately told I need new tires. According to the dealer 1 hour later where I had an oil change and vehicle inspection they have at least 10-15k left on them. Went back to discount Crystal lake to pick up the repaired tire and was informed it was not repairable due to the hole being to large. I challenged the tech telling him it was only loosing about 1 lb per min, how could the hole be that big. Then was told it also has sidewall damage and suggested I drove on it while flat, said nope, I pulled over with 18 lbs in it Again an attempt to sell me a tire. Bottom line is I brought it to an independent shop in Woodstock il and it was repaired in 10 mins and is back on my truck Never again Discount
