Discount Tire

I came without an appointment to change 2 tires. The personnel there was nice, helpful and gave me an estimate time of 1.5 -2 hours to complete the job. It took 3 hours to finish. Nobody let me know that it would take longer or when my car would be next in line. Everyone was busy there. I checked the status from the text messages they provided and the estimate time to be completed was 1:39pm, and at 2:08, they just got my car from the lot into the bay. I came at 11:20 and the car finally finished at 2:20. Three hours! I usually get it done at Costco (purchase thevtires and get it replaced) and this was my first time here (because of the certain work that Costco couldn't do). Might just take my car to Costco next time when they always complete it within the time promised of 1-1.5 hour. I on

so long story short, I hit a curb and a chunk of my tire came off and I was able to call and get a same-day appointment literally within the hour. Once I drop the car off, it was done within 30 minutes and they had replaced two tires for me. The staff was so nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely get my tires replaced here when I have to get the other two replaced.

I recently purchased a new set of wheels and tires from the Cumming location. The wheels were on backorder and took about 9 weeks to arrive from Japan. The store kept me updated on progress and had excellent communication once they arrived. The installation process went smoothly. I’m very happy with the whole transaction and the service provided by Cliff.

Good experience, good people, almost too nice. Only reason I did not give a 5 rating is because I specifically asked for a tire rotation reminder sticker, I was told I would get one, but I did not get a tire rotation reminder sticker. In future, be sure you do what you say you will do.

Went to discount tire to have a unrepairable tire replaced. Caleb at the front counter could not have been any more helpful. He did an amazing job taking care of me and my truck. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
