I've been happy with every experience I've had at the store. One time the techs were dancing a bit to music in the bays. If people are happy and they get along, they will do a better job. The people that help out at the desk are also great. Friendly and professional. They give me the information that I need. I do wish this store in Davenport offered nitrogen for the tires and an alignment machine. Otherwise, I'm thrilled with coming here!

The gentleman on Elmore, Trent and Anteny both did an excellent job with their customer service. I had a large piece of plexiglass in my tire and within a hour they got me back on the road. Relatively quick for a very busy day and packed parking lot. Hard work and great customer service goes a long way, thanks discount tire! Be sure you have a warranty to protect yourself too.

Waste of my time. These guys tell you one price to mount tires that you bought from them on a different set of rims, but when you get there Jack the price up 50 bucks. I've bought all my tires from you in the past but never again. Drove from Clinton to get this done. Maybe more training for the people you have working for you would help. One doesn't seem to know what the other one is doing. Anteni gives me one price over the phone. When I get there guy tells me it's another price. Says the first guy was wrong. Can't believe this is what you present to the public. You guys are a joke. Would not recommend this place to get tires or work done. Hope my honest review helps people make informed decision.
