I ordered my tires online and scheduled installation online as well. Showed up on time for my appointment and was met outside by the staff who was friendly and helpful. They promptly started working on my car and the technician came out to personally show me where I had an issue with one of my wheels and offered best options to solve the problem and was very knowledgeable and I appreciate him. They had me out of the shop in around 45 minutes and were apologetic for how long they took. They did an amazing job and my car rides extremely nice and they earned my repeat business for sure.

Got two new sets of tires in two of our vehicles yesterday. Evan and team were very helpful and finished our cars fast!! Loved the live text updates and invoicing. Made for a very smooth process. We will be back!!

Evan assisted me in the store then came to my vehicle and almost immediately found the problem with my tire losing pressure (screw in the tread). He also checked all my tires for wear, etc and noticed that my rear wiper blade was worn. He was very helpful and polite!!! They fixed my tire, rotated and balanced all my tires and put on a new rear wiper blade.

Evan and Levi phenomenal service! I came by on a relatively slow day. Four new tires and an alignment done in no time. Print out for the alignment and didn't even have to ask! Absolutely won my business thank you Discount Tire of Dothan. Absolutely recommend!

Discount Tire made my day. I dropped off flat tire before a Dr's appt. and came back to have it installed and my spare put back under the bed in my New 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. I don't think I waited 10 minutes before he said, "Your all Done" And my truck was waiting outside the door for me. The Dothan Alabama store was Fantastic
