What a great experience with the staff at Discount Tire. Service on a tire by Thurman. Outstanding in his communication care and concern. I am on a walker and he brought my car to the door and escorted me out with no suggestions from me. All of the staff make you feel welcome and confident of their services. Ella greeted me and very helpful and attentive. Thank you. I will recommend you to everyone.

Joe is always extremely helpful and truly takes great care of your car. He’s professional, honest, and never tries to upsell unnecessary services. Just had the tires rotated on my GLE 450 and the experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

EDIT: After working with the manager Joe, and a representative from the corporate offices, Anton, I was able to resolve the issue. I've purchased tires for years from Discount Tire because of the warranty, and we have never had a problem getting repair or replacement as applicable. I called ahead, and went to the Discount Tire Sawmill Road location on Friday, and was greeted promptly even though they were very busy. However, after 45 minutes trying to "figure out" my account, when I provided all of paperwork (because they couldn't look it up) for the tires that were under 80,000 mile warranty, it was determined that they were seemingly going to "prorate" the cost of replacing the tires under a mysterious "mileage warranty". I recently had my tires replaced here. Overall, I'm satisfied with the final price, but it was a bit of a hassle to re-negotiate it. They had promised to match the price for Kumho tires so I agreed to order the tires I wanted from them (the front guy even showed me the final price on their computer screen and we both confirmed it before making an order). However, when I arrived the next day for the installation, the manager at the front tried to charge me $200 more than what was originally promised. I was able to find the front guy I spoke with less than two days earlier, but he told me he didn't remember the price he had agreed to.
