Simply outstanding—hands down the best tire shop in the area. From the service advisor to the technicians, the entire team took care of business. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. My tires were delivered from Tire Rack around 2:00 PM. I arrived at the shop around 4:30 PM, and by 5:30 PM all four tires were mounted and balanced. The process was quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free. I’m extremely glad I chose Discount Tire in Duluth to handle my tire needs. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Absolutely great customer service. Was told by another tire shop my tire was not repairable but I brought it to the Discount Tire on Steve Reynolds and Alex and the team in the shop were not only able to fix it but had us out and repaired in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be using this location again.

Alex was phenomenal. My Monday morning started off hectic, but his outstanding customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. After my car was towed in, he called to provide an estimated installation timeframe and also sent a text with the ETA. He even walked me through how to pay online, which made everything incredibly easy. I was very pleased with his service. Thank you Alex, for making my day so much better!

10/10 on customer service. 0/10 on transparency and their work. I went in for a tire patch, I just needed it patched to make it to my father’s funeral, and a couple days until my tire came in. They told me that they could not patch it since there was “black” showing on the side?? Idk the exact wording he used, I don’t work on cars. They then tried to get me to buy 2 new tires, AKA they didn’t want to do the free patch but wanted a sale. Cool, I left. I went to a nearby competitor with the same rules they have on patching tires, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! The “concerns” DT had about my tires, was no concern because I then took my car to the dealership to confirm! After using DT for my business regularly, we will not any longer.

I made an appointment for 1 pm to repair a flat and balance & rotate my tires. When I got there they were slammed busy. But Alex helped me get checked in and they got to my car quickly. I was in and out in about an hour. Despite being so busy all of the employees I saw seemed to be polite and happy to help all of the customers. We'll definitely be back to this Discount Tire!
