I was given a 22 year old Subaru and it needed tires badly. I went online and put in my vehicle information. I wasn't sure of the tire size needed but their website helped identify the correct tires and cost. There was an option to make an appointment which I did. Upon arrival I noticed the store was busy. I anticipated waiting a long time. The manager Cade checked me in and told me it would be about an hour. The tire replacement of 4 tires took around 40 minutes. He let me know there was an issue with one of the lug nuts and assured me he would make my car road ready. His confidence and recommendations for repair was honest and trustworthy. I know nothing about cars, I had anxiety going to get tires. The manager and staff made it easy. They seemed to be LGTBQ+ friendly. There was a couple

I have always had good experiences with Discount tire, but wanted to shoutout this location! Lenny helped me and he was really kind, answering all my questions and giving me time to think. On top of that, they got me in and out SO fast. I know that’s not always possible, but super thankful for it today! Thanks yall.
