Discount Tire

I was treated really well customer service wise, but seriously disappointed with the workers. Payed for new TPMS sensors and they didny replace it. Had to wait all over again for them to fix it. They claimed my spare was seized and couldn't replace it like planned. Nothing was seized and I had to do it myself when i got home, like they either don't know how to drop a spare tire on a f150 and work at a tire shop or didn't care. Now im stuck with a tire i didnt want to keep. And found out when pulling my key out of the ignition, they bent the key so it had trouble pulling out of the ignition. And the next day found the valve stem on one of the new tires was leaking so bad I had to put my spare on on the side of the road. At least the tires were balanced nicely and the customer service from B

I've been going to Discount Tires for many years because they have a terrific warranty program that has saved me in fully replacing 3 tires. Their customer service is excellent! This was my first time at this location and I was well taken care of by all the employees that helped me. They worked efficiently and had me back on the road with a new tire in 35 minutes. I will definitely be a return customer.

The service at this location is the best I've ever received! I drove in on unsafe tires and they were no nice and non judgmental. The moment I drove up they knew my name and the tech was so nice. The man at the front desk was even more nice and knowledgeable. They have a customer for life and I will tell anyone looking for tire to shop here.

Patrik was great. Provided fast check in and service and did his best to make sure I could pick up my kids from daycare on time. Would highly recommend this location! I was able to book a same day appt online to fix a flat tire (ended up needing a new tire), I got there 30 min early and they had me out of there within 40 minutes of me arriving in the parking lot.

Just had a great experience getting tires at Discount Tire in Farmington. Gage was great to deal with. All the staff that was working on my truck was very friendly and thorough. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. I will be going back again. Thanks!
