Discount Tire

Great staff and work. I ordered my wheels through tirerack which owns discount tire. They were mounted, balanced, and delivered within 2 days of ordering. They were even able to squeeze me in the day before my appointment. They also went the extra step and used a tq wrench instead of an impact to torque my lug bolts to spec. Overall will use them from now on

If you could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Online scheduling is easy to understand and leaves no confusion. Day of service they called about 5 hours before to explain what to do when you arrive. I couldnt get out of the car fast enough and they already had jacks ready and a handful of employees ready to go. They walked me through the timeline and they were quick efficient and definitely showed good customer service. Definitely will recommend 10000x over. The only thing I would change is further explanation of the certificate purchase. At first while doing online it was a little confusing but when explained in person made it very understandable. I have never stepped foot in a Discount Tire before until today, had a nail in my tire so made an appointment for repair. The staff was professional from start to finish, I was very impressed! They took me on time and had me finished in about 45 minutes plus no charge! They have earned my business for sure, I recommend them to anyone in need anything tire related. Great job!

Hands down BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Todd was amazing! We had a blow out on the highway shortly before they were going to close for the evening and he assured me that he would get us in and get my vehicle fixed before the evening was over and he did just that!! Not only did he replace the two tires I had asked for, but also informed me that my front tires needed to be replaced as well and made sure to help us with those too so we didn’t leave in a unsafe vehicle! I am so grateful he did that for us! I definitely won’t be using any other company for tires! They have my business for life!! Thank you so much Todd for the excellent service!! Great experience at Discount Tire in Festus, Missouri. The staff was courteous, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. They fixed a nail in my tire quickly and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend!
