The Staff were very personable and friendly and the waiting room has a TV and it is very nice room to wait for your car to be done and that does really make a difference and the prices are very affordable.

The customer service I received, during repairs on my daughters car the week between Christmas 2025 & New Years 2026, was fantastic. They were very transparent with the entire process and even finished before they estimated they would be.

Amazingly courteous. My truck blew a bearing while driving through the 67 construction zone. Had to get towed into town in the middle of the night and the tow driver recommended this shop. First thing in morning the technicians had the truck up on the lift. They were honest and fair with pricing even with a large truck. Thank yall so much for getting it done quickly so we could keep driving back to Houston. Bless

Brought a 2013 Wrangler in for new tires. The ride had become noisy and rough. Got a good quote and an offer to complete the purchase same day. They got it done and it actually cost less than the initial quote! I was unsure of the tire but they said if I didn’t like it, bring them back in and I could try another set. The Cooper tires they sold me were absolutely amazing! Incredibly smooth and whisper quiet. I have a new tire shop!! The customer service was incredible.

I recently moved to the area and used to use the Dobbs in Arnold. We have 3 vehicles, so rotating out is important to us. I called on Saturday and asked if I could drop off and get an oil change that day. They fit me right in. I was very behind due to move and not having time. They were very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I mentioned the brakes were making some noise, so was expecting they needed changed. Nope, all is good, must have just been the dust from gravel road. Great service, we will be back!
