Tracy is one of the nicest mechanics I have ever dealt with. He asked me plenty of questions to make sure we were on the same page w performance and repair. Meanwhile we talked of life and other things. Definitely one of the best mechanics I ever had, knocked out my brake rotor no problem.

Everything the last reviewer said. Yes, Tracy's skill level is expert, and he doesn't talk down to you. Plus he's very thorough, doesn't try to rush. He went above and beyond also, he greased my kingpins and slack adjusters on my steers, fixed an air leak, made sure my issue was resolved and that I would be safe on the road. He does have a great personality, very friendly and personable.

Those guys are great, they did a great job, unfortunately I can't give 10 stars because I only have five. I highly recommend their service because they are very professional and friendly. The truth is, they solved many problems, and they are also very friendly. I recommend them.

Tracy communicated with me as soon as he received the call for the repair from my company. He arrived when he said he would and didn't leave me stranded for hours like others do. When he arrived he was nice and easy to communicate the issue with. Once he diagnosed the problem he got right to fixing the issue. He also took the time to explain to me what went wrong and why. He's fast, knowledgeable and did the job the right way. He didn't just fix it "enough" to get me going. I would recommend him to anyone. It's rare you get this quality of service on a road call. Tracy was the mechanic that was dispatched to come and take care of/ fix a roadside breakdown that I had in a company vehicle. First of all I really appreciated that he stayed in communication with me from start to finish. He explained everything that he was doing and worked quickly and accurately. Most of all he has a wonderful personality and I enjoyed meeting and talking to him while he repaired the vehicle. Thank you Tracy!!!
