Discount Tire

I have been coming to this Discount Tire location for many years and I always leave happy. There have been times I’ve had to sit for quite a while in the waiting room, but that’s only because they are so busy because they offer such great service! But I love the personal touch that they give and the kind recommendations and willingness to do whatever they can to help especially for the unexpected.Jon, the store manager, is definitely a stand out — and his team backs him up!! Thank you, Discount Tire for the great service - especially today when I needed things done in a hurry. I appreciate you making it happen for me!

Had ordered some winter tires and wheels over the weekend and had scheduled to have them installed on Thursday. Unfortunately due to a store communication error, only 3/4 wheels arrived the day of. Dominic was able to find me some suitable alternative options, we ended up picking a matte black rim that was slightly more expensive, but he comped the price down to what I had originally paid. He had the rims couriered to the store and we were still able to get the wheels & tires installed and swapped same day. Very satisfied with our experience here. Dominic was both professional and friendly, and I felt he went above and beyond to ensure, they'd be able to get some winter tires on my car before EOD. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Had a great experience at DT. It’s always stressful when dealing with tire issues but Jon P and his team got me taken care of in under 2 hours. Walked me through my options, looked for fair pricing and got the job done well. Highly recommend and will return!

I have been a customer of the Fishers, IN Discount Tire for several years and have always received the upmost professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of vehicles and work needing to be done. I went in for a leak issue with a tire valve and received prompt service and no charge for the repair work. Would highly recommend Discount Tire.

I had a great experience here. Alec was extremely helpful, and my vehicle now feels like new after receiving new tires and an alignment. The process was quick, and their communication throughout was excellent, promptly addressing any concerns.
